Top 15 Best Little Touches in Wrestling

As Hank Scorpio once said, “it’s the little things that make up life,” and you should never argue against the leader of Globex Corporation. The smallest of details can make the biggest differences, and that’s certainly true when it comes to wrestling. For years, wrestlers have been incorporating their own unique little quirks into everything they do to separate themselves from the rest. An extra ‘little touch’ can be added to anything: a move, an entrance, a hold, even a pinfall. The simplest of additions turn the forgettable into the memorable, but what are the greatest small details in sports entertainment? Well, fear not, I’ve got you covered. Here are the Top 15 Best Little Touches in Wrestling.

Top 10 Dropkicks in Wrestling

The dropkick – a simple move performed by hundreds of wrestlers in various forms over the years. It can be good, it can be not so good (I’m looking at you Cena), but in some cases, it can be spectacular. With all the dozens upon dozens of wrestlers who have performed this move night in, night out in the last few decades, trying to decide who does/did it best is a rather difficult task, but I was willing to put in the effort for all my loyal marks out there (thanks for the support, guys). So here they are, the Top 10 Best Dropkicks in Wrestling.

Last year, I made a list of ten fantastic women’s matches that I felt needed to be appreciated by more people. But clearly, ten wasn’t enough. As wrestling fans, we’re designed to crave the unexpected. WWE Network Championship – a Hairy Idea

Talking about wrestling always leads to some interesting thoughts being brought to the table. You might discuss who WWE should sign next, or who should be brought up to the main roster, perhaps you like to chat about the best stars of the Attitude Era or the most memorable moments from your childhood, maybe your friend will confess they have a secret crush on Vickie Guerrero or tell you who’s bulge they think looks the best in a tight little pair of wrestling trunks – whatever the topic of wrestling discussion, it’s always bound to be ‘interesting’ in one way or another.

During one of these in-depth grappling talks recently, my friend Josh Lochrie (follow him on Twitter @Lochri69) brought up an interesting idea, so interesting in fact that I had to write a whole damn article about it.
